Summary:
This equipment can be used for herbal. Plant, food’s decoction, warm soaking, heat reflux, forced circulation, permeability percolation, aromatic oil extraction and organic solvent recovery process under atmospheric pressure or pressure. Feature:
1. It is designed according to the principle that the steam contains less heat energy under the low temperature (Vacuum) condition than it does under the high temperature condition,while under the low temperature condition, the heat of vaporization is high instead.
2. Referring to the related foreign data, an excellent structure has been adopted in evaporator and heater to remove the steam resistance, decrease the vacuum loss,and reduce the heat wastage,which has gained remarkable energy-saving affection.
3. A strong flow technology of external heating temperature difference cycle has been adopted,which can make cycle speed high, evaporating speed fast,the time of receiving heat short,and not to curdle easily.Its concentrating ratio can reach 1.4 or so.

Hempseed oil
The appearance and characteristics are very close to the low iodine value of linseed oil, but slightly greenish.
The approximate fatty acid composition is: 10.1% saturated acid, 16% oleic acid, 46% linoleic acid, and 28% linolenic acid.
The acid value is 3 mg KOH/g, the iodine value is 149-167, and the relative density is 0.925-0.933 (15/15 ° C). The freezing point is about 16 °C.
The main ingredients are glycerides of linoleic acid, linolenic acid and oleic acid.
Used in industries such as paints and soaps.
