A Cleanroom or clean room is an environment, typically used in manufacturing or scientific research, that has a low level of environmental pollutants such as dust, airborne microbes, aerosol particles and chemical vapors. More accurately, a cleanroom has a controlled level of contaimination that is specified by the number of particles per cubic meter at a specified particle size. To give perspective, the ambient air outside in a typical urban environment contains 35,000,000 particles per cubic meter in the size range 0.5um and larger in diameter, corresponding to an ISO9 cleanroom, while an ISO1 cleanroom allows no particles in that size range and only 12 particles per cubic meter of 0.3um and smaller.

1. LTPM China has changed the traditional design concept of clean booth, mini-clean unit take the concept of modular integration design, this architecture is similar to SMIF form, it has variety of independent clean area, the only difference is that the transmission is not carried out by the connecting arm, but to operate in a closed clean room. It has the independent air conditioning and return air system. The advantage of this form is easy elastic spacing, low construction costs, compared with the traditional civil construction purification room, the cost is greatly reduced.
2. Provide clean vertical airflow, keep the room cleanliness.
3. Adopt an independent high efficiency HEPA filter or ULPA filter and FFU blower composed of high-level clean space. A standard 10'x10 'clean booth takes only a few hours to install and disassemble more easily.
4. The support leg can increase the number of FFU, the internal clean level of clean booth can reach
100 ~ 10000 level.
